Venture Crew 652

Just a quick run down on the Venturing schedule.

1. April 8th- A very brief meeting. We will be determining the menu for the weekend trip. Remember those of you who have signed up to go need to bring your $15 for the trip. Ryan, were you intending to go? I have a questionmark by your name.
2. April10-11- Oil city Trip. We will meet at St Basil's church at 8 am and consolidate into a few vehicles. We plan on leaving the parking lot by 8:30 am. Please bring a few extra dollars to stop for lunch. Remember, we will be in adirondaks so no one needs to bring a tent. Other items that need to be brought for the crew will be discussed at the meeting thursday. THE TROOP WILL NOT BE MEETING THURSDAY DUE TO SPRING BREAK. DO WE WANT TO MEET SOMEWHERE ELSE BESIDE THE CHURCH? WHERE?
3. April 11- 4to 7 pm- Recognition for Ryan down in the flats. We must leave Oil City by 12pm in order to give ourselves enough time to get back for the dinner. The reservations are already in so there are only a few people going.
4. April 18th- PANCAKE BREAKFAST- For those going to Northern Tier especially but we still can use everyone help like last time. Same time as normal 7am to 2pm
5. April 16th- Lend a hand- I will need someone to probably drive to pick up the food. I have a play that night and have to be at the high school around the time of lend ahand. We will have someone from lend a hand shadowing us so they can be a back up during the month of May due to my impending day of joy.
6. April 22nd- Meeting and special event. I ask that everyone attends this meeting. The crew has a surprise!
7. May 15-16- WHITE WATER RAFTING- I have yet to receive costs and such. Hopefully I will know by Thursdays meeting.
8. Aug 3- Aug 12- NORTHERN TIER- those of you who have told me you are going and have not given me your deposits yet, please get them in ASAP. Please a keep look out for more information about NT soon.

I still have not received everyone's registration fees for rechartering. Again, everyone is paying $15, all youth and adults. Please get them in by April 22. If you cannot make the meetings mail your payments to me. Make checks out to Venture Crew 652.

T-shirts will be ordered soon.

That is all that I can think of for now. I will see everyone Thursday. If you can't make it to the meetings, I just ask that you check in once in a while so we can try to keep you involved.

I am also trying to update the email list. If you know someone who doesn't get my emails and should please send me their email address. Also, if you get the crew emails and shouldn't please let me know. I'll take you off the list.
