Venture Crew 652

Hello everyone,
I hope everyone enjoyed their short break from venturing. We do have a few things coming up this week.
1) Wednesday- Family Night at camp Manatoc- the troop is at camp this week and we normally go to family night to show our support of the troop. I need to know who is going so I can tell Cliff for food by noon tomorrow. IT starts at 6 pm we are normally there until 9 or so. I need to know who needs rides too. They ask that we bring either a dish to share or desserts. Please get back to me soon for the headcount.

2) lend a hand- its this Friday. They postponed it this month due to something else going on at the building. So I need one or two people to help me pick up and drop off the produce. I think Caty still has the key from last time.

3) Brecksville home-days- Pop Sale- It starts Friday and goes through Sunday. They need help Friday because the troop is still at camp. They also would like help the rest of the weekend too. Mr Sasala and Steven Sasala are in charge of setting this up so you may contact them or tell me when you can be there and I'll let them know. Friday we are selling from 5pm to 11pm, Saturday and Sunday - 1pm to 11 pm

4) Camping trip/Gettysburg trip- Bret is trying to put together a weekend camping trip sometime in July. He was thinking of maybe going to Gettysburg. Any suggestions on dates or camping ideas?

5) Tess is working on her bronze award and needs to "present" to the crew so we need to have a meeting for her presentation.

If you ever have any suggestions feel free to throw them out there.
