Venture Crew 652

Greetings,
There will be a venture crew meeting this Thursday at 8:30pm. I believe we will be back in the Parish center not the Annex. If it changes I will let you know.

This is the time for rechartering. I am starting to collect the rechartering fees from everyone. It is $15 for everyone to recharter. If you are rechartering for the upcoming year I need you to tell me and send in your recharter fee. All recharter funds are due by March 31st.

I need everyone to send me their T-shirt sizes so I can order the crew tshirts. The designs that was chosen was the Comic strip with the bear and the bear bag. If you don't send me your size, you don't get a tshirt.

I also need to make sure that everyone who wants to be in the St Patty's Day Parade has told me so that I can add you to the roster. I need to know by this weekend so I can send in the updated roster. We need to meet at the CSU soccer dome on E 18th and Payne by 9:45am on St Patty's day. If there is only a handful of people going we can meet elsewhere and all drive down in one car but I need people to respond. Everyone is to wear full Venture Class A uniforms (as the outside layer if possible). I have picked up our new flag so it will need someone to carry it. Please bring a neckerchief slide because you will receive a special edition neckerchief. Everyone will be expected to march in time with the rest of the scouts so be prepared to practice.
