Hello everyone,
The council is changing rechartering from April to Jan 1. So the crew needs to recharter by Jan 1, 2011. So here is some housekeeping we need to do.

1. If you are rechartering with the crew, you need to inform me by Monday, Dec 13, 2010.
2. The recharter fee for EVERYONE is $15. This includes ALL adults as well.
3. If you are 21 or over, you need to have youth protection training. It can be done in 20 minutes on the council website www.gccbsa.org. Look under online training. This needs to be done by Dec 13 as well. You need to supply me with evidence that you are current in your youth protection.
4. There is a number of people who still owe dues from last year rechartering. A list follows.
5. The crew does not have the funds to float peoples rechartering fees. If you do not pay your dues by Dec 13, you will be dropped from the crew.

I am also updating the email list. If you notice an email address that is wrong please send me the correct address. Or if you have a new address please send me that.
